  3. Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient form of Chinese medicine that involves inserting fine needles into the skin at specific points on the body called acupoints.
Acupuncture stimulates the muscles providing increased blood and nutrient flow to the area. This allows the body to strengthen the area and help it improve. Acupuncture has been shown to improve healing time and can also be used to treat issues like addiction or chronic pain. The needles are single-use, sterile, disposable and so thin you may not even notice them. Some people may feel tingling, warmth, or heaviness. Acupuncture is extremely relaxing & many patients experience dramatic results with it! More than one session may be necessary to experience dramatic, prolonged results. Our acupuncturist will work out your personalized treatment plan to ensure you get the best treatement.
We offer a 30 minute session for $25 or a 60 minute session for $50.

    1. Working as a nurse for 17 years has offered great experiences helping people with health issues but in 2014 I decided to make a change. I graduated from Denver Integrative Massage School in 2014 so I could help people feel better without giving them medication. Ive been working in massage for 2 years and it has been a refreshing break watching people improve and helping them change their lifestyle in a less invasive manner.
I am a Colorado native from Denver but I've moved around a bit living in Glenwood Springs, North Idaho and Bozeman Montana. I returned to Colorado in 2013 and have been in Colorado Springs since 2015. When I am not doing massages I enjoy hiking, camping, working on my art, snowboarding and playing with my dogs.

    2. As a caregiver from a young age I noticed that caring for people and wanting them to feel better is effectively communicated through touch and healing usually occurs. I find it an honor to be part of a person's healing process.
I graduated Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in 2000 and have practiced full time since then. I interned with Hospice and enjoy volunteer work there.
I moved from a small town in Northern California to Colorado Springs in 1994. I appreciate the beauty that is all around and never tire of looking at our beautiful mountains. I love spending time with family and friends, cooking, working in the garden, learning new things and visiting new places.
I look forward to working with you to help you obtain your optimal health.
