    Massage Therapists

    1. I am a recent graduate from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy with a license in Neuromuscular Massage. I believe the power of touch is integral for healing in the human body, from a nurturing and comforting aspect, as well as physically working with the muscles. I look forward to being a part of your journey of self-care. I offer deep tissue, trigger point, sports massage, along with range of motion techniques. My technique is to flow like water, listening to what the body tells me it needs and responding in kind rather than following a hard line protocol. It is my hope that you will feel better inside and out after our session and notice an improved difference in your daily life.

I have a passion to help people change the condition of their skin. Our skin is so important since it's our first line of defense and the first thing people see when you meet them. I am a firm believer in using natural products to help heal your skin and make it look the best that it can, so you can put your best face forward.
  3. Acupuncture

Acupuncture is an ancient form of Chinese medicine that involves inserting fine needles into the skin at specific points on the body called acupoints.
Acupuncture stimulates the muscles providing increased blood and nutrient flow to the area. This allows the body to strengthen the area and help it improve. Acupuncture has been shown to improve healing time and can also be used to treat issues like addiction or chronic pain. The needles are single-use, sterile, disposable and so thin you may not even notice them. Some people may feel tingling, warmth, or heaviness. Acupuncture is extremely relaxing & many patients experience dramatic results with it! More than one session may be necessary to experience dramatic, prolonged results. Our acupuncturist will work out your personalized treatment plan to ensure you get the best treatement.
We offer a 30 minute session for $25 or a 60 minute session for $50.
